What Is Finance?
Many people use the word Finance but how many actually agree on what it means not just to them but people as a whole? When the term finance is used, we can mean a whole plethora of things but the truth is usually we are talking about one of a few different but related things. One is the borrowing of money needed for a project or business venture. Another is an entire area of economic studies which deals with the management of money and liquid assets. The third is the actual management of these sorts of assets, especially in relation to the business world. A financial manager is a position often seen in large companies which have many investments in their portfolio to be managed.
